(referred to in these terms and conditions as “member”, or, “members”), and JustSWEL.com (referred to in these terms and

Members of JustSWEL.com must be women, minimum 21yrs of age.

JustSWEL.com is not an online travel agency and thereby not responsible for any altercation that may arise during travel
events. Members are responsible for reading and following the terms and conditions (including Cancellation policies) for
each event.
Cancellation of Membership: Membership based on payment on non-refundable membership fee. JustSWEL.com
reserves the right to revoke membership at any time. If membership is revoked due to failure of member to adhere to the
terms and conditions of membership agreement, membership fee will not be refunded.
Blog: Members agree that comments posted, including posts made by guest authors will adhere to standards of decency;
use of profanity will result in revocation of authorization to participate in forum.
Advertisements: JustSWEL.com does not take responsibility for information provided in paid, or free, advertisements seen
on the website. Members will be responsible for their own interaction with said advertisers.
Trips and Events: Terms and Conditions vary per Event. Please read the terms and conditions (including Cancellation
policies for each event).
Privacy: JustSWEL.com will not give or sell member info to any third parties. Member info may be shared with event
partners for the sole purpose of securing member registration for trip/event.
